NOW HIRING: OUTBOUND PICKERS – FORKLIFT OPERATORS
Headcount: 30 Positions
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are hiring 30 dependable and motivated Outbound Pickers to join our warehouse team for the upcoming peak season. Candidates must have experience operating a deep-reach forklift and an end rider, along with the ability to manually wrap pallets using stretch film. During the Black Friday peak season, employees will also use pallet jacks to pick orders.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate deep-reach forklifts and end riders safely and efficiently.
  • Pick and prepare customer orders accurately according to warehouse procedures.
  • Manually wrap pallets securely with stretch film.
  • Use pallet jacks for order picking during the Black Friday peak season.
  • Verify order accuracy and maintain attention to detail.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines.
  • Perform physical warehouse duties and remain alert in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements:
  • Valid forklift certification required. Certification must be verified with the staffing agency.
  • Experience operating a deep-reach forklift and end rider.
  • Ability to use a pallet jack for order picking.
  • Ability to manually wrap pallets using stretch film.
  • Physically fit and able to perform warehouse duties.
  • Detail-oriented, alert, dependable, and a quick learner.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.


Schedule & Compensation:
  • Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
  • Pay: $18.00 per hour.
  • Openings: 30.
  • Start Date: As soon as possible.
